I just want to take a moment to sing the praises of one of your staff, Ms.  Yecenia Jaimes.  On Saturday, I went to your dealership and traded in my 2003 BMW 540 and bought an Infiniti M35.  I was planning to visit the following dealerships that day, Audi, Lexus, Acura, BMW and Infiniti.  I first stopped at your dealership and I never made it to any of the others.  Your staff treated me fairly and professionally, from Miki in Sales to Marilyn in finance, it was pleasant day.

I knew I made the right choice to go with Infiniti of Montclair a few days later when I was contacted by Yecenia.  She explained that she was the Guest Relations Manager and she asked me if I need any help learning the features of my new car.  This past Saturday, Yecenia met me at my house and spent more than 30 minutes teaching me the features of my new car.  She linked the car to my garage door opener and taught me how to use features that I did not even know the car had.  I found Yecenia to be polite and very helpful.  She made me feel lik every question was important to her.  She represent Infiniti and your dealership extremely well.  Her follow-up and the follow-up of your dealership have proven my choice of Infiniti of Montclair was the right one.
